Registration Requirements:

• All Bishop Hartley students attending prom must complete a student contract.


• Guests and parents of guests from Bishop Hartley must complete the student contract located in the PowerSchool Parent and Student Portal by Monday, April 16, 2025.


• Guests (Non-Bishop Hartley students) may attend if they submit a completed Non-Bishop Hartley Guest Form to the office by Monday, April 16, 2025.


• Hartley Class of 2024 are the only college-age students who may attend prom with a completed College Permission Form.


• Students and guests must arrive at Jefferson Country Club by 8:00 p.m. Parent(s) or guardian(s) will be contacted if the student does not come by 8:00 p.m. Students will not be permitted to leave before 9:30 p.m.
